  • Fees for training, workshops, or seminars that were missed by the customer without prior notice.

3. Eligible Refund Situations (if any)

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical or human error.
  • Inaccessible digital products after payment, where the issue remains unresolved within 7 business days.
  • Cancellation of a class or training session by our team, and the client opts not to reschedule.
