2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
Refunds will not be provided for the following:

- Digital products such as software, eBooks, templates, training videos, or downloadable materials once accessed or downloaded.
- Fees for training, workshops, or seminars that were missed by the customer without prior notice.
3. Eligible Refund Situations (if any)
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or excess payment made due to technical or human error.
- Inaccessible digital products after payment, where the issue remains unresolved within 7 business days.
- Cancellation of a class or training session by our team, and the client opts not to reschedule.
Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase or service.

5. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
